Order Questions

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, America Express.

Possible Reasons for Card Declination:

1. Insufficient funds available on the card.

2. The card has expired.

3. The card is not authorized for online or international transactions.

4. Technical issues or restrictions imposed by the issuing bank.

Recommended Solutions:

1. Contact Your Issuing Bank: Reach out to your bank to clarify the reason for the declination and resolve any issues.

2. Try an Alternative Payment Method: Use a different credit or debit card to complete the transaction.

3. Reach Out to Our Support Team: For further assistance, please contact our customer support team. We are available to help resolve any payment-related issues promptly.

After placing your order, an email with order number will be sent to you. Once your order is out for delivery, an email with a tracking number will be sent. If you don't get one of them within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us via email info@fitolizaa.com.

When the return is received, please contact us within 7-15 working days, and we will process the refund. If your order has not been shipped, we will refund to you within 5-7 working days.

If the logistics track has not been updated after 7 days, please contact us via email info@fitolizaa.com. If within 7 days, please wait patiently.

We might have divided your order into several packages. Perhaps slow trucking causes the speed to be out of sync. Please waiting 7 days and contact us via email info@fitolizaa.com for logistic tracking.

It is recommended that first you call the local post office to confirm and check the surrounding environment again for parcels.

If you meet some failure regards steering wheel during installing and question about the steering wheel, please contact with our after-sales service department and describe your problem in details. Our after-sale engineer will be follow up soon and they can provide the best solution to you.

Yes, carbon fiber steering wheels are legal in most regions. However, we recommend checking local regulations to ensure compliance, especially regarding airbag compatibility.

Installation procedures may vary depending on your vehicle. For optimal safety and functionality, we highly recommend professional installation. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Fitolizaa Customer Service Team.

To clean and maintain your carbon fiber steering wheel, please follow these suggestions:

1. Use a soft, microfiber cloth to wipe the surface.

2. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

3. For deep cleaning, use a mild soap solution and water.

4. Regularly inspect for scratches or damage.

Fitolizaa steering wheels come with a 2 Year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to the warranty terms for more details.

You have up to 72 hours to cancel your custom steering wheel order. After that period, the order cannot be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Each steering wheel is custom and handbuilt according to your exact specifications. Due to the custom nature of the product, as well as the build process that spans over several weeks, you cannot CANCEL OR RETURN your steering wheel after that time frame. Custom products are scheduled/started/built based your commitment to purchase the custom product that you ordered. IF A STEERING WHEEL IS RETURNED, THERE IS A 35% NON-NEGOTIABLE RESTOCKING FEE to cover the material cost, time, and 20+ hours of labor our custom steering wheels require to build.

If it is within 1-2 week of confirming your selections, we MAY be able to make minor changes if needed. From that point, the wheel is likely in production and making changes may require additional costs to redo certain selections and will delay the final delivery date of your wheel. We ask that you try your best to be certain of your selections!
